Burn the boredom, blast the lard. Rev up your
metabolism by alternating your speed and intensity in the course of cardio
workout routines. Not only should you trade your recurring to prevent burnout
or boredom, but to give your frame a jolt.

If you commonly walk at 6.5km/h at the treadmill
or take 15 mins to stroll a km, up the tempo by going at 8km/h for a minute or
so for the duration of your exercising. Do this each five minutes or so. Each
time you work out, growth your bouts of velocity in small increments.
